5.Pricing & Payment
5.1 All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
5.2 We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged will be the price at the time of your confirmed order.
5.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order using our accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayNow, PayPal, etc.).
5.4 Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.

6. Orders & Acceptance
6.1 All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. Items placed in your shopping cart are not reserved.
6.2 Acceptance of your order is completed once payment is fully received and a payment confirmation email from NUEBORN is sent to your registered email address. Further acceptance occurs only when we dispatch your order.
6.3 If in the event that we are unable to receive an authorization for payment due to any unforeseen technical error, or that the order is out of stock, or does not fulfil our quality control standards and is withdrawn, NUEBORN reserves the right not to accept your order without penalty on our part.
6.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.
6.5 In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
6.6 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1 We currently deliver within Singapore (and to selected international destinations, if applicable).
7.2 Delivery charges, timelines, and options will be stated at checkout.
7.3 While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues). We shall not be liable for such delays.
7.4 Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
8.1 Due to hygiene and safety considerations, personal care items, maternity care, sale items, and baby products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
8.2 At NUEBORN, we thoroughly check all our items before sending out our bundles. If however, you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at care@nueborn.co within 7 days of receipt with your order details and photographic evidence. These will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to reject refund or exchange requests.

9. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
9.1 Promotional offers, discount codes and Gift cards are valid only for the period stated and are subject to specific conditions.
9.2 Promotional offers, discount codes and Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-stackable and have no cash value. They are valid only until their stated expiry date.
9.3 In any event that a customer receives additional discounts due to an erroneous discount code which does not reflect the marketing promotion mechanics that was advertised, NUEBORN reserves the right to request for collection of the remainder payment from the customer before fulfilling the order without penalty on our part.
9.4 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time without notice.
